I am an experienced leader with a background in creativity, international brand building, and team development. As a former Creative Director, I have led diverse teams across markets, shaped global brands, and turned ambitious ideas into tangible results.
My strength lies in seeing both the bigger picture and the people behind it. I create clarity where there is complexity, bring structure to change, and give people the space and confidence to take ownership. Whether developing teams, strengthening collaboration, or leading through change, I combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, human approach.
